Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

As Tech Lead, main mission is to produce, maintain, define and coordinate the design of solutions in order to meet the needs of customers.
Follow the development team by having a mentoring role and ensuring compliance with
guidelines, costs and planning.
Responsible for the quality of the code and the technological vision of the future of the solution architecture.
Propose new solutions and technologies for future use.

Specifications

1. Design

Design, document and manage the software architecture for a core product or client solution (current and future view)
Responsible for the definition and delivery of the short term strategy of the product to cost, time and quality of the code.

2. Coordination of the Development

Responsible for the writing of the technical specifications.
Responsible for day to day management of the team members.
Responsible for coaching, training and guiding a team of software developers/QA engineers.
Plan sprint work in collaboration with the Product Manager. Assign and coordinate the tasks of the development team.
Evaluate functional and technical impact of evolutions.
Responsible for the quotation of technical developments according to business needs.
Contribute to the development team as a senior software developer.
Monitor & control the development cycle. Analyze progress and risk reporting.

3. Business Development and Vision

Gathering of internal user feedback to contribute to the product backlog.
Participate in tender scoping meetings and seek details from clients on the requested evolutions.

4. Deployment

Support Product Experts in the deployment of the solution.

5. Innovation and define the technical standard

The Technical lead is in charge of introducing improvements in the development process (CD/CI).
Challenging and proposing the best technical solutions based on an analysis of the technical solutions available on the market

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Python, Lamda, AWS, Cloud Formation, SQL and Dynamo DB
