Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Lucknow. The Team Lead will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of processes. Responsibilities include managing team performance, identifying and resolving operational challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results that align with company objectives. The role also involves mentoring team members, setting clear goals, and driving overall team productivity while maintaining adherence to company policies and standards. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills applicable to logistics and operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for monitoring performance and operational improvements. An understanding of logistics workflows, supply chain management, and related processes is highly beneficial. Technical aptitude in utilizing logistics software and real-time tracking tools is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience in the logistics or supply chain domain is an added benefit.
