Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer – Team Leader to lead and mentor our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, coupled with proven experience in team management and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of software developers across full-stack technologies. Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA. Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and code reviews. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Technical Requirements Proficiency in frontend technologies like React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Strong backend expertise in Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party integrations. Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Team Management Skills 5 to 7 years of proven experience in leading development teams.
