Description
As a Team Lead Field Collections (SME Loans) in Punjab, your role involves leading a team of field collection executives in Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, or Balasore. You will be responsible for driving SME loan collections and recovery through effective field strategies, handling escalated cases, and conducting field visits for tough recoveries. Your strong leadership, field expertise, and understanding of recovery strategies in the SME loan segment are crucial for achieving monthly and quarterly recovery targets for the assigned portfolio. Additionally, you will track and review team performance, ensure productivity and compliance, and share regular reports with management. - Lead and manage a team of field collection executives in Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, or Balasore. - Drive SME loan collections and recovery through effective field strategies. - Personally handle escalated cases and conduct field visits for tough recoveries. - Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets for the assigned portfolio. - Track and review team performance, ensuring productivity and compliance. - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and legal guidelines. - Share regular reports and insights on recovery performance with management. The attributes that we are looking for in a candidate include excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities, willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, high ownership mindset, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
