Team Lead - FC&A

Role Overview: As a Team Lead, your main responsibility will be to manage a group consisting of Managers, Associate Managers, and Team Members to ensure the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as per the Service Level Agreement-Operation Level Agreement (SLA-OLA) agreed with the sectors such as Polymer, Polyester, FID, Aromatic, and Elastomer. You will need to ensure compliance with transactions and various external regulations related to exports, including Customs, Excise, FEMA, and RBI compliance. Your role will involve business partnering, customer support, talent management, and instilling an ownership mindset and agility within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and monitor day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to agreed KPIs in the SLA-OLA. - Provide timely customer support by arranging export documents promptly after shipment for international customers and delivering agreed services for domestic customers. - Support the business in achieving its goals by providing necessary inputs and Management Information System (MIS). - Review existing systems/processes, identify gaps, and coordinate with relevant agencies for system improvements. - Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and internal policies/guidelines to protect the company. - Review, improve, and redesign business processes for continuous improvement in service delivery to the business. - Provide cross-functional training in all processes and develop a knowledgeable team to handle operations efficiently and emergencies effectively. - Facilitate second-line development through mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution. - Timely filing of various statutory returns. Qualifications Required: - Graduation with post-qualification in Finance, preferably CA/ICWA. - Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 10 years of experience at RIL. Skills & Competencies: Knowledge: - Proficiency in SAP/Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Understanding of Accounting Principles, International trade practices, International trade finance, and RIL commercial policies. - Reasonable knowledge of Indirect taxes, EXIM processes, and basic commercial practices. Skills: - Leadership skills for conflict resolution and influencing people. - Strong planning and prioritization skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,
