Job Description

Role Overview: The role of the Team Lead is to manage a group consisting of Managers, Associate Managers, and Team Members to ensure the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA) agreed with the respective Sectors (Polymer, Polyester, FID, Aromatic, Elastomer). You will be responsible for timely compliance with transactions, external compliance related to exports (Customs, Excise, FEMA, RBI), business partnering, and customer support. Additionally, you will implement Talent Management processes to develop internal talent through succession planning and mentoring, fostering an ownership mindset and agility within the team at #Petchem AR-Export Post-shipment Polyester & Compliance Support#. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and monitor day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to the KPIs agreed upon in the SLA-OLA. - Provide customer support by arranging export documents promptly post-shipment and delivering services to domestic customers as per the SLA-OLA. - Support the business in achieving its goals by offering necessary inputs and Management Information System (MIS). - Review existing systems/processes, identify gaps, and coordinate with relevant agencies for system improvements. - Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and internal policies/guidelines to protect the company. - Review, improve, and redesign business processes to enhance service delivery continuously. - Offer cross-functional training in all processes, develop a knowledgeable pool, and support smooth operations and emergency handling. - Provide second-in-line development, mentoring, and coaching to team members. - Timely filing of various statutory returns. Qualification Required: - Graduate with a post-qualification in Finance, preferably CA/ICWA. Experience Requirement: - At least 10-15 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience at RIL. Skills & Competencies: Knowledge: - Proficiency in SAP/Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Understanding of Accounting Principles, International trade practices, International trade finance, and RIL commercial policies. - Reasonable knowledge of Indirect taxes, EXIM processes, and basic commercial knowledge. Skills: - Leadership skills in conflict resolution and influencing people. - Effective planning and prioritization skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,
