Job Description

The Role of the Team Lead is to manage the Group of Manager ,Associate Manager and Team Member in ensuring the delivery of KPI as per SLA-OLA agreed with the respective Sector ( Polymer / Polyester / FID/ Aromatic / Elastomer). Timely ensuring the compliance embeded with the transactions. Ensuring the various external compliance relating to Export , namely, Custom , Excise FEMA and RBI compliance. Business partnering and customer support. Ensuring timely negotiation of export documents in-line with LC / payment terms without discrepancy and coordinate with bank for payment against the documents. Business Partnering - Supporting the Business in achieving the over business goal by providing the required inputs / MIS. Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of continuous improvement -Service delivery to Business.
