Major Job duties:
Ø Developing, designing, and testing embedded systems to ensure the application's efficiency
Ø Communicating with cross functional teams, external vendors and suppliers to ensure they complete projects on time and within budget
Ø Work with designing teams to define system architecture and ensure proper integration.
Ø Drive ,perform and support unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software functionality and reliability with tools like oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and JTAG probes.
Ø Write, test, and debug code in C, C++, or other relevant languages.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Ø Work on bare-metal and real-time operating system (RTOS) environments, such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, Embedded Linux.
Ø Develop low-level device drivers for peripherals like SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, PWM, and CAN bus.
Ø Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions.
Ø Minimum 5 years of industry experience developing and supporting embedded solutions.
Ø A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Ø Deep knowledge of microcontroller/microprocessor architectures, such as ARM, PIC, STM32 AVR, or ESP32.
Ø Expertise in embedded communication protocols, including CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, and TCP/IP.
Ø Knowledge of PCB design interactions and hardware-software interfacing.
Ø Experience with embedded IDEs and debuggers (e.g., Keil, IAR), proficiency in Git-based version control, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Ø Experience with IoT communication protocols such as MQTT and CoAP, along with hands-on integration using cloud platforms like AWS IoT or Azure IoT.
Ø Experience developing embedded solutions across domains such as automotive (telematics, ADAS), IoT (smart and connected devices), consumer electronics (smart TVs, wearables, gadgets), industrial automation (control systems), and healthcare (medical devices).
Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ø Effective communication and teamwork.
Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
