Team Lead - Dot Net Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable, high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Microsoft technologies, capable of managing end-to-end development, and ensuring quality delivery while guiding the team in adopting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Dotnet/ Full stack developers.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .

  NET Core / .NET MVC and C#.

• Build and integrate front-end components using

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks (Angular/React).

• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-platform optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and UI/UX designers to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft and full stack technologies to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in full stack development with at least 2+ years in a team lead/tech lead role.
• Strong proficiency in:
• C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, Git/Github
• Entity Framework / LINQ
• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Frameworks:

  Angular, React (preferred)

• Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of

  OOPS, Design Patterns, Dependency Injection and SOLID principles.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
