Team Lead – Development Team

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – Development Team with strong expertise in web development and blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for both client projects and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers to deliver high-quality web and blockchain applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, and Next.js, while applying best UI/UX practices.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Integrate blockchain functionality into web applications using Web3.js and Ethers.js.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Tron).
• Manage and optimize data storage with MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Utilize blockchain development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Ganache and version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, scalability, and high coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest in Web3, blockchain, and full-stack development trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Angular, Next.js, jQuery.
• Backend Development: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Blockchain & Web3: Smart contract development with Solidity, Web3.js, Ethers.js, and experience with Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Tron.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Tools & Technologies: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Ganache, Metamask, Infura, Alchemy.
• Proven experience in designing scalable architectures, microservices, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
