Team Lead Development - PowerApps

Job Description 1. Provide overarching governance for projects, ensuring the performance and metrics align with the company s strategic objectives. 2. Approve Waterfall / Agile methodologies and implementation plans, aligning them with organizational goals. 3. Lead the Center of Expertise, establishing guidelines, and driving consistency and effectiveness in Development work. 4. Provide guidance regarding program management including usage of tools methodologies like RPA, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Qlik, JIRA, etc for various projects within the portfolio, setting objectives, defining deliverables, and establishing timelines. 5. Review program performance, identify potential roadblocks or challenges, and devise remedial strategies or provide direction, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of solutions. 6. Ensure sprint reviews, retrospective studies, backlog data and reports are carried out and maintained to enable decision making for regarding tackling backlog of projects 7. Coordinate with Business users Program / Project Managers to proactively ensure smooth delivery of solutions, within the set timelines and without escalations.
