Job Description

1. Operational Management

Supervise and coordinate daily operations including inbound, sorting, and outbound processes.
Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and return of shipments as per defined SLAs.
Maintain operational efficiency and process accuracy across all shifts.
Monitor real-time shipment status and resolve bottlenecks promptly.

2. Team Leadership

Manage a team of associates, delivery executives, and supervisors.
Conduct daily team briefings and assign roles/responsibilities.
Track team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
Motivate and guide team members to maintain high morale and discipline.

3. Performance Monitoring

Track key metrics like delivery TAT, RTO percentage, and accuracy rates.
Analyze data to identify gaps and implement corrective measures.
Prepare daily/weekly operational performance reports.

4. Resource and Inventory Control

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, vehicles, and assets.
Manage shift planning, attendance, and leave schedules.
Oversee handling of inventory, packaging materials, and shipment safety.

5. Process Compliance and Safety

Ensure adherence to Delhiverys SOPs, security, and quality standards.
Enforce safety protocols and monitor compliance with labor laws.
Handle escalations and resolve operational or delivery issues efficiently.

6. Customer Focus

Coordinate with customer support and business teams for issue resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and accuracy.
