Job Description

As a Team Lead for Customer Relationship Executives in the pre-sales process, your role involves leading, mentoring, and supervising a team to drive customer engagement initiatives and enhance lead conversion. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, conducting coaching sessions, and supporting skill development. Additionally, you will coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales strategies, track team KPIs, and prepare performance reports. Handling escalations, ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations, as well as participating in recruitment and training new team members are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Customer Relationship Executives in the pre-sales process. - Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching, and support skill development. - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales strategies and lead management. - Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance lead conversion and customer satisfaction. - Track and analyze team KPIs and prepare performance reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations. - Handle escalations and complex customer queries effectively. - Participate in recruitment and training of new team members. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate. - 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or customer relationship roles within real estate, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes. - Ability to motivate and manage a team towards targets. - Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
