Team Lead - Credentialing - AR

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 20+ credentialing specialists.
Set targets, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
Identify training needs and provide coaching.
Resolve team conflicts and address feedback.
Encourage innovation and team-building activities.
Collaborate with Quality & Training teams for compliance and process improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years experience in US healthcare credentialing.
Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
