Job Description

Team Lead - Content Review || 6 Lpa || Hyd || 1 way Cab ||

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Content Review to oversee a team of content moderators responsible for ensuring the safety, accuracy, and appropriateness of user-generated content across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of content reviewers to meet performance targets and quality benchmarks.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Review escalated cases and support decision-making on complex or ambiguous content issues.
Collaborate with policy, legal, and product teams to stay updated on content moderation guidelines and implement them effectively.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics.
Prepare reports, analyze trends, and present performance data to management.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a similar field, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead on paper.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Experience with content moderation tools, ticketing systems, and dashboards

Interview Mode :

HR, Assessment , Ops Round ( Walkin )

Salary & Benefits:

6 Lpa is Max + Performance incentives + Allowances
