🚀 We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Counselling Department | Chandigarh University

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).
Drive
admission targets
and ensure revenue growth.
Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
Handle
shrinkage, attrition
, and team productivity.
Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.

🔹 Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader
in
EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry
Strong background in
team handling, inside sales & counselling
Excellent communication skills and confidence
Proven experience in revenue generation & achieving targets
