We have urgent requirement for Team Lead AR Billing.

Team Lead AR Billing

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of AR Executives in end-to-end AR Billing process
Monitor daily workflows, productivity, and quality of the team
Review and resolve escalated claims, rejections, and denials
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and SLA targets
Conduct training sessions for new hires and upskilling existing team members
Prepare and present performance reports to internal and client stakeholders
Coordinate with clients, payers, and internal departments for issue resolution
Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Maintain strong knowledge of payer guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in
AR Billing / RCM
(US Healthcare)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a
Team Lead / Supervisor
role
Strong understanding of
EOBs, denials, appeals, re-submissions, and payer-specific guidelines
Hands-on experience with billing software like
EPIC, Athena, Kareo, eClinicalWorks, NextGen
, etc.
Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and productivity tracking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in
US shift / night shift
