Job Title: Application Maintenance and Support Team Lead

At Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique Service (CTS) division, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Application Maintenance and Support team for our innovative CRM system, Wings, developed on Microsoft Dynamics. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless operation and continuous enhancement of our applications, contributing significantly to our Service to Close business processes globally. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at modernizing our IT landscape, facilitating a 360 customer view, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your role encompasses:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing application support team, ensuring alignment with our organizational mission.
• Continuously monitoring system performance while implementing processes aimed at maximizing uptime and efficiency.
• Collaboratively identifying and mitigating risks associated with application performance through proactive issue resolution strategies.
• Conducting training sessions and producing comprehensive documentation to elevate team knowledge and user understanding across the organization.
• Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as the first point of contact for queries and escalations.
• Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An extensive background with 8+ years in application support or IT operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proficient in problem-solving with robust analytical skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Atlas Copco Group entities is advantageous.
