Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for customers service and Sales over phone calls.
  • Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from delinquent accounts.
  • Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce write-offs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Aware of shrinkage, attrition KPI and KRA
  • Well verse in reporting and team management
  • Minimum 2yrs experience as a Team leader or Asst. Manager mandate
