Team Lead 1040 US Taxation

As a Team Lead for US Individual Tax at QX Global Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team responsible for complex individual tax preparation and review, international taxation, tax research, transfer pricing, and various tax treaties. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing tax returns for accuracy and compliance - Handling complex individual tax preparation and review (1040) - Managing foreign compliance forms like Form 5471 and Form 5472 - Ensuring compliance with multi-state tax regulations - Conducting tax technical research and knowledge of all source documents, schedules, and output forms - Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients - Communicating effectively with clients and tax authorities - Directly interacting with partners and supervising associate accountants - Managing multiple client accounts efficiently To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written - Ability to resolve queries and conduct tax reviews effectively - Mandatory knowledge of US Tax, CCH, or UltraTax - Commerce graduate qualification - Advanced knowledge of at least two software applications - Comfortable working in different shifts QX Global Group is a global Business Process Management (BPM) company that specializes in providing innovative outsourcing solutions in finance, accounting, and recruitment operations.
