As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff engagements such as Staff Connects, Culture orientation, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, you will oversee the Rewards & Recognition platform, maintain MIS for expenses and initiatives, assist with calendar management, handle workplace engagement and communications, and support special projects and operational activities. Your role will also involve providing support for Learning & Development initiatives by assisting with logistics and running workshops. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and possess strong skills in maintaining MIS, staff interactions, and multitasking. Access to leadership and a background in managing diverse portfolios of Learning & Development and people experience will be valuable assets in this position.
