Your role will also involve providing support for Learning & Development initiatives by assisting with logistics and running workshops. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and possess strong skills in maintaining MIS, staff interactions, and multitasking. Access to leadership and a background in managing diverse portfolios of Learning & Development and people experience will be valuable assets in this position.
