Job TitleTEAL-Senior Engineer Project Management LocationHosur, Tamil Nadu, India Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on project status - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals - Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement - Mentor and guide junior project management team members - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management and automation solutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or Diploma - Minimum 2 years of experience in project management in the field of Automation Solutions - Strong technical background in engineering and automation - Excellent communication and leadership skills - PMP certification is a plus - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with clients - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to travel for project assignments
