We are hiring for Team Leader for Beverage for Kolkata location

Job Title: Sales Executive Beverage Industry

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 years on FMCG sales ( On Roll )

Location: Kolkata

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager/Regional Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence for our beverage products.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify and approach potential customers, including retailers, distributors clients.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and trade activities.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns.

Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of sales experience in the beverage or FMCG industry. ( On Roll )

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with beverage distributors and retailers.

Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
