As a TEAL- Engineer - Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in the semiconductor industry
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development plans
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Provide support to the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements to identify potential business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel for business purposes

Additional Parameters:

• Knowledge of RP (Rapid Prototyping) is preferred
• Experience in the semiconductor industry in the Hosur region is a plus

Diploma (Mechanical) / BE (Mechanical)

5-7 years / 3-5 years of technical experience

• Having good knowledge of the product development cycles and requirement of aerospace industry.
• Able to understand commercial terms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
