Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Staff position located in Sirsa. The Teaching Staff will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing curricula, and implementing effective teaching methodologies. They will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a safe and inclusive learning environment to help students achieve their academic potential.

Qualifications

• Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design and implement effective educational content.
• Strong Teaching capabilities and expertise in executing innovative teaching methods.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
• A background in Education with a thorough understanding of pedagogical principles and practices.
• Relevant teaching certifications, degrees, or qualifications in education or subject-specific fields.
• Proven ability to create an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
• Experience working in an international or Cambridge-affiliated school is a plus but not mandatory.
