Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Faculty to join our team in Pediatrics, with 0-1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for helping students grow.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach Pediatrics to students.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum and programs.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the growth of the Pediatrics program.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Pediatrics and child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability to new technologies and teaching methods.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in Pediatrics education.
