Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in early childhood education theories and practices (Mandatory skill). Ability to apply Montessori teaching methods effectively in a classroom setting (Mandatory skill). Experience or training in teaching preprimary students to nurture young minds (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with nursery teacher training (NTT) programs to enhance classroom delivery. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young students, parents, and staff. Patience and creativity to engage students and facilitate a dynamic learning environment. Commitment to continual professional development and implementation of new teaching strategies. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the school's objectives. Roles And Responsibilities Design and implement educational activities and lesson plans that cater to early childhood development.
