Takshashila Gurukulam, established in 2010 with the vision of improving students' lives and providing quality education in every household. It is a value-based educational initiative dedicated to holistic learning, character building, and nurturing young minds in a gurukul-inspired environment. Our focus is not only academics, but also discipline, ethics, and overall development of students.

Full-Time Teaching Role

We are inviting passionate teachers who wish to contribute meaningfully to education. This role is ideal for individuals who see teaching as a service to society and want to make a real on-ground impact.

Nature of Role

· Full-time teaching engagement at the Gurukulam (6 hours)

· Long-term association preferred

Honorarium

· ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on role, experience, and responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Teaching school-level subjects (as per qualification)

· Supporting students’ academic progress and daily learning routines

· Creating a disciplined, value-oriented classroom environment

· Mentoring and guiding students beyond academics

Eligibility

· Female candidates only

· B.Ed / Graduate / Post-Graduate

· Passion for teaching and working with children

· Subjects- English, Science, Maths, Social

· Alignment with a gurukul-style, value-driven environment

· Freshers with strong commitment are welcome

Accommodation

· Accommodation support available for candidates from outside Delhi / Delhi NCR

· Safe and simple residential facilities in or near the campus

2. Voluntary / Part-Time Teaching Role

Nature of Role

· Voluntary / non-profit engagement

· Part-time involvement based on mutual discussion and availability

· Ideal for individuals looking to contribute to society alongside other commitments

Responsibilities

· Subject teaching, mentoring, or skill-based sessions

· Supporting academic or co-curricular learning

· Contribution to the Gurukulam’s educational mission

Engagement Model

· Schedule and duration to be discussed individually

· This role is primarily seva-based, with flexibility
