Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed is compulsory for all academic teaching roles.

Core Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong subject expertise with ability to explain concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Ability to incorporate modern pedagogy, including NEP 2020-aligned teaching, experiential learning, and hands-on activities.
• Proficiency in creating structured lesson plans, assessment sheets, and differentiated learning techniques.
• Familiarity with technology-enabled classrooms, digital learning platforms, and smart boards.
• A professional, disciplined, compassionate, and presentable demeanor suitable for a CBSE environment.
• Ability to design and develop new teaching techniques and support curriculum enhancement.

Experience

• Preferably 1–5 years of CBSE teaching experience.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and excellent subject command may also apply.
