Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 2 to 5 years.

· Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.

· Collaborate with parents and team members to support the developmental goals of each child.

· Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences.

· Regularly assess and document children’s progress and development.

· Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.

· A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school of repute.

· Strong understanding of early childhood development and the latest educational practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Creativity and flexibility in teaching methods.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and wellbeing.
