Job Title: B.Ed. Teacher (Primary / Pre-Primary Section) Department: Academics Location: MDB Foundation, Palasuni Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and passionate B.Ed. Teacher to teach and nurture pre-primary and primary school children. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a child-friendly approach that promotes curiosity and learning in young minds. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the school’s curriculum. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Assess and monitor students’ progress regularly and maintain detailed records. Encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual development in students. Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, play-based learning, art, and music. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate actively in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities. Maintain discipline and classroom order while ensuring students feel supported and motivated. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) — mandatory. Graduate/Postgraduate degree in relevant subjects preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (freshers with excellent teaching skills may also apply). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong understanding of child psychology and early learning methods. Ability to create a warm, engaging, and interactive classroom atmosphere. Skills Required: Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children. Creative lesson planning and innovative teaching techniques. Classroom management and organization. Good coordination and teamwork with staff and parents. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital learning tools). Salary: As per school norms / commensurate with experience and qualifications.
