Keywords MongoDB alert monitoring, Knowledge in MongoDB Query Language (MQL), Indexing, Database administration. Knowledge on DB backup & recovery. Incident management, ServiceNow MongoDB alert monitoring, Knowledge in MongoDB Query Language (MQL), Indexing, Database administration. Knowledge on DB backup & recovery. Incident management Must-Have Should be ready to work in 24*7 work environment. Experience in MongoDB alert monitoring. Attend Hotline calls and provide support Receive and acknowledge all automated alerts by creating tickets as required. Monitor the overall health and environment of the databases. Execute and monitor routine service health checks Isolate system anomalies and investigate root cause. Execution of scripted recovery scenarios during scheduled tests Perform L1 related activities Good-to-Have Change management & Problem Management SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Should be ready to work in 24*7 work environment. 2 Perform MongoDB database alert monitoring 3 MongoDB alert monitoring, Knowledge in MongoDB Query Language (MQL), Indexing, Database administration. Knowledge on DB backup & recovery. Incident management, ServiceNow 4 Handson experience in troubleshooting MongoDB database issues. 5 Monitor during Upgrades/ modifications to the infrastructure environment.
