• Provide remote L2 support for hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile), OS (Windows), and core apps (MS Office, Teams).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents escalated by L1 teams ensuring permanent resolutions.
• Perform patching, imaging, and upgrades using deployment tools (SCCM/Intune).
• Configure user systems with corporate policies and ensure compliance post deployment.
• Support VDI environments, printers, smart boards, AV equipment (Teams Room), and kiosk systems.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and conduct knowledge transfer to L1. Required Skills:
• Proven experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Intune policies, and SCCM deployments.
• Understanding of M365 services, Teams, Outlook configurations.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) to automate repeat tasks and log analysis
