Job Description – TC Operator – for Ahmedabad Location – Number of Vacancy – 6.

Turning & Swiss Turn Machine Operator to operate and maintain precision CNC turning and Swiss-type lathes for orthopedic implants manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC programming, tool setup and quality inspection to ensure precision machining.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and set up CNC Turning & Swiss Turn machines for precision machining.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

· Select and install appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and collets for production.

· Adjust machine speeds, feeds, and offsets to maintain accuracy.

· Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers and gauges.

· Conduct tool wear analysis and replace worn tools as needed.

· Maintain production logs and quality reports for efficiency tracking.

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

· Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality guidelines.

Requirement for the job:

• Experience required – 2 to 4 years.
• Full-time (15-day rotational shift, 8 AM – 8 PM).
• Knowledge of Fanuc Controller, Operate Tsugami/ Star/Hanwha/Citizen Machine.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations.
