Role Overview: As the Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing Compliance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing Compliances in overseas countries. This includes ensuring the maintenance of adequate and appropriate Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation and handling Notices and Assessments from overseas Tax Authorities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Branch Vs Subsidiary Analysis for New Country Setups and evaluate existing countries - Conduct Impact Analysis of New Tax / TP Regulation on Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIM) - Provide tax opinions and inputs for M&A's, Bids, RFP's - Provide withholding tax opinions and Business Profit Tax (BPT) opinion to internal teams - Review MSA's and suggest suitable tax clauses & Contracting Entity - Work on Entity Rationalizations to bring out tax efficiencies - Handle and program manage various International Tax projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance or related field - Strong understanding of Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations - Experience in managing Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing Compliances in multiple overseas countries - Ability to analyze and interpret complex tax regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Program management experience would be a plus Please note: No additional details about the company were provided in the Job Description.,
