Job Description

Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations, and international tax applicable.
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Advise on tax planning opportunities to optimise the company's tax position.
Handle tax audits and liaise with tax authorities for queries and assessments.
Strong exposure to Chinese tax laws is a must-have
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Provide support for international tax matters, including transfer pricing documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related issues and provide guidance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and filings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Specialist should have:

A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or tax.
Strong knowledge of Indian and International tax laws and regulations, including GST, VAT and income tax.
Experience in handling tax compliance and advisory work.
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Proficiency in tax software and relevant tools.
Good communication skills to interact with tax authorities and internal teams.
