What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.A fund into which a sum of money is added during an employee`s employment years, and from which payments are drawn to support the person`s retirement from work in the form of periodic payments.
What are we looking for? Working knowledge of pension related activities performed for assigned Client.Is responsible and owns the preparation of pension related accounting entries including accruals, liabilities and expensesLead monthly book closure discussions with clients and resolve open issues.Working knowledge of Pension plans and processes for different geographiesReconcile pension ledger accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of dataSupport in the calculation of pension liabilities, assets, and related actuarial assumptionsAssist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to pension accountsEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirementsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsReview and approve team deliverables (journals, trackers, reports).Collaborate with actuarial teams, auditors, and external consultants as requiredProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).Ability to drive transformation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.Maintain detailed documentation of pension transactions and accounting processesSAP/ Oracle ExperienceExperience in Managing offshore clientsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy
