As a Tax Processing Specialist/Administrator in Miami, FL 33134, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team by efficiently handling tax-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Support tax partners by managing schedules, communicating with clients, and organizing documents. - Prepare and process various tax documents such as returns, extensions, engagement letters, and other deliverables. - Assist in client onboarding processes and maintain accurate database records. - Perform general office duties including handling mail, supplies, scanning, and answering phones. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative or tax processing roles within a public accounting firm. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF. - Preferably familiar with CCH programs like ProSystem FX Tax, Engagement, SafeSend, Axcess, and CFS. - Strong multitasking abilities, good judgment, and a sense of ownership. - Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak periods, and occasional local errands.
