Tax Ops and Cost Basis Manager

Deliver excellence. Support digital transformation. We re looking for an Operations Director to: Be a role model for the organization s principles and behaviors; inspire others to do the same. Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner. Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as internal policies and contractual obligations. You ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas team in Mumbai or Pune. As a member of this team, you will be managing one or more of the following departments (but not all): Tax Reporting Cost Basis Our teams work closely with colleagues regionally and across the globe to ensure the highest standards of supervision, service, and operational risk management. Demonstrated experience managing large teams and multiple operational processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data analytics and data accuracy. Understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements in financial services. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage priorities and change in a fast-paced environment. General knowledge with US accounting principles or US tax rules preferred. Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a management role. Fluency in English is essential.
