Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager will lead Tax Operations governance, compliance initiatives, reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and innovation to enhance transparency and accountability within the organization. Key tasks include developing governance frameworks, automating reports, building presentations, and managing compliance metrics.
Governance and Reporting Focus
The role emphasizes establishing governance policies aligned with strategic goals, ensuring business unit accountability, designing dashboards using Tableau, automating reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to leadership and the board.
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Compliance
Responsibilities include leading budgeting processes, maintaining forecasting models for strategic decisions, setting compliance oversight metrics, and monitoring regulatory adherence with timely reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have 12-15 years of experience in governance, reporting, or financial management, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Tableau, budgeting, compliance reporting, and strong communication and leadership skills. Occasional travel may be required
