Your responsibilities will include researching and drafting various legal documents, offering advisory services to clients, supporting senior associates and partners in preparing tax matters for different courts, contributing to business development initiatives, coordinating with clients for appeal filings, managing tax compliance tasks, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders involved. The ideal candidate for this position is a Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably with a background in Direct Taxation matters.
