As a Tax Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as researching tax laws and regulations, representing clients, attending court proceedings, and providing legal advice to clients on tax-related matters. You will work closely with seniors associates & partners and clients to provide high-quality, effective representation in tax litigation matters. Roles and Responsibilities: Researching & drafting various letters, replies and submissions. Providing advisory and consultancy to clients on time to time basis. Assisting Senior associates and partners in the preparation of Tax matters before AO, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
