Tax Compliance

• Run all day-to-day Direct + Indirect tax compliances smoothly and on time.
• Build a predictable, no-surprises compliance engine.
• Technical support and undertaking detailed research on complex tax issues

Tax Returns Filings

• Prepare/review monthly, quarterly, and annual returns and filings.
• Work with internal teams + external consultants to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
• Dealing with tax authorities and liaising with counsels

Tax Reconciliations

• Own periodic tax reconciliations, GL reviews, and tax-related control checks.
• Keep our books clean and audit-ready at all times.

Tax Planning Optimization

• Spot opportunities to optimize taxes within the regulatory framework.
• Partner with business teams to evaluate tax impact and propose better structures.

Tax POC Across the Org

• Be the first stop for anything tax
• Translate complex tax issues into simple, actionable guidance for teams.
• Regular updates to Management and Business on various direct and indirect tax updates impacting business

What are we looking for

• CA with 3-4 years of experience in consulting/ industry
• Expert knowledge and understanding of both direct and indirect taxes
• Experience in dealing with Tax officers Strong grasp of Indian tax laws, filings, and reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with high ownership.
• A proactive mindset you solve before things become problems.
