Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and facilitate all types of company registration processes and export/import registrations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of registration procedures while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end processes for all types of company registrations (e.g., proprietorship, partnership, LLP, private limited, etc.). Manage the documentation and compliance for export and import registrations, including obtaining required licenses (e.g., IEC code). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes related to business and trade registrations. Coordinate with clients and government departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of registration processes. Provide clients with expert guidance on the necessary documents, procedures, and timelines for various registrations. Address client queries promptly and provide solutions to registration-related challenges. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records for all completed registrations. Support clients with post-registration compliance requirements, such as renewals or amendments. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in handling company and trade registrations. Strong knowledge of registration laws and compliance in India. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and authorities. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for registration processes. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: A background in legal, commerce, or business administration is an advantage. Familiarity with online registration portals such as MCA, DGFT, and GST. Why Join Us?
