Job Description

YOUR IMPACT:

Delivering accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting support, ensuring adherence to India GST law.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights into tax implications and support audits and statutory filings. Driving process improvements and leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax operations.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Have prior experience in dealing with corporate tax compliances, GST compliances, and related audits.
Peruse and understand the various notices issued by tax authorities, collate the necessary information, and support the CT/GST audits
Co-ordinate with other teams to collate the necessary information
Drafting responses to the notice issued by the tax authority
Independently representing before tax authorities
Managing standardization of tax processes, preparation of SoP, process flow, work instructions, and audit preparedness
Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations
Co-ordination with consultants on the audit/compliances etc

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Qualified chartered accountants with 2 to 4 years of experience
Should have problem-solving ability as the candidate will be responsible for resolving functional tax issues concerning domestic as well as overseas countries
Should have good working experience in MS Office, and PowerPoint
Should have good presentation, communication, listening, and execution skills
Excellent written, and verbal communication abilities and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
