As a Tankfarm Operator at HECS - Hubert Enviro Care Systems, your role involves monitoring and managing storage tanks in Chennai. You will ensure safety compliance, conduct regular inspections, and maintain accurate records. Your responsibilities include coordinating with different departments for smooth operations, handling emergency situations, and performing preventative maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage storage tanks to ensure safe operations - Conduct regular inspections of tanks and facilities - Maintain accurate records of tank operations - Coordinate with various departments for smooth operation - Handle emergency situations effectively - Perform preventative maintenance tasks to upkeep the tanks - Possess knowledge of chemical loading and unloading in tanks - Adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards - Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills Qualifications: - 2 to 3 years of experience in monitoring and managing storage tanks and facilities - Any degree with a chemical background is preferred - Knowledge of chemical loading and unloading in tanks - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards - Ability to conduct inspections and maintain accurate records - Proficiency in coordinating with various departments and handling emergency situations - Experience in performing preventative maintenance tasks - Technical training or certification in relevant fields is a plus Please note that the site location for this role is Manali, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
