Role Description

The Tamil Telecaller Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 telecallers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring effective communication with potential clients or students. This role involves providing accurate and clear information about colleges and courses, guiding students through the enrollment process, and offering excellent customer support. The Team Lead will monitor the quality of calls, provide timely feedback, and maintain detailed communication logs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, requiring active collaboration with the team to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Tamil and English/Hindi for effective verbal communication.
• Customer service or telecalling experience, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation and communication tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing support and resolving queries.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple calls and maintain accurate records efficiently.
• Prior experience in the education sector or a related industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
