Job Description: Tally Support Executive (Fresher)

About the Role

As a Tally Support Executive, you will assist clients and internal teams with Tally-related queries. Your main job will be to understand issues, provide solutions, and ensure smooth functioning of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Even if you’re a fresher, this role is perfect if you have basic Tally knowledge and love helping people.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support related to Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Troubleshoot errors such as data issues, ledger problems, mismatch entries, GST-
• Good typing speed and accuracy for Data Entry

related bugs

• Assist clients with installation, configuration, and updates of Tally

• Guide users on daily accounting entries and basic Tally features

• Coordinate with the senior technical team for unresolved issues

• Maintain logs of all support calls and track issues until resolved

• Provide remote and on-site support (if required)

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses

Required Skills (Fresher-Friendly)

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Understanding of accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit, Ledger, GST basics)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn fast and handle client queries patiently

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, remote tools)

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA / BCA / Any Graduate with Tally course

• Freshers can apply
