Job Title: Tally Sales / Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tally Sales / Support Executive to provide software support, conduct demos, manage installations, and deliver user training for Tally software. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime and basic accounting concepts, along with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Demonstration:
  • Conduct product demonstrations of Tally ERP / TallyPrime to potential clients, explaining features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Installation & Setup:

Install and configure Tally software at client locations or via remote support. Ensure proper setup of company data, ledgers, GST, etc.

  • Customer Support:

Provide remote and on-site support to clients for troubleshooting software issues, resolving errors, and guiding users.Deliver hands-on training to end users on Tally usage, basic accounting entries, inventory management, GST filing, etc.Maintain records of support tickets, installation logs, training sessions, and customer feedback.Keep clients informed about new features, updates, and patches. Assist them in upgrades as needed.Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and financial principles
  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Diploma/Degree in Commerce, IT, or related field is preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in client support or helpdesk role
  • Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus
  • Certification in Tally or basic accounting will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tally Sales or Support: 2 years (Preferred)
